Supply and Installation of Pre-Vacuum Autoclave Machine

Water Environment and Life (WEL Nepal) invites sealed quotations from interested and qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of a pre-vacuum autoclave machine of 250 liters capacity for disinfecting infectious healthcare waste. With the autoclave machine, the supplier must provide 1. Installation, commissioning, and user training, and 2. Warranty and after-sales service
Supply and Installation Location: Premises of the waste treatment centre of BP Koirala Institute of Health Science (BPKIHS), Dharan
Deadline and address for Quotation Submission: Within 7 days of publication, by 5:00 PM at WEL Nepal Office, Munalpath, Ward No. 2, Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Morang.
Evaluation Criteria: 1. Technical compliance, 2. Cost-effectiveness, 3. Warranty and service, and 4. Delivery time
Eligibility Criteria: 1. Authorised manufacturer or distributor, 2. Experience supplying similar equipment, 3. Technical compliance documentation, and 4. Proof of past performance
Required Documents: Along with a duly signed and stamped quotation letter/form, provide the following documents:
1. Cover letter clearly mentioning the delivery timeline. 2. Warranty and service details. 3. Company/form registered certificate. 4. VAT/PAN certificate and 5. Tax clearance certificate.
WEL Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject the quotation.
